The Jungle Home, where we host our courses, is located on 5 rai of land with a beautiful view of the jungle. It is an ideal location for private functions, such as retreats, weddings, family gatherings, and celebrations.
Our Jungle Home is located in Pa Sak Ngam, Doisaket, which is approximately one hour from the city center, driving up the Phrao Road (1001). You pass through the local village, which has a few coffee stops, a couple of restaurants, a beautiful temple, and some local convenience stores to get to the Jungle Home. The home itself is nestled in the jungle and is nearby a stream, waterfalls, and several hiking trails. Nearby attractions include the Buathong “Sticky Waterfalls,” Mae Kuang Dam, a bat cave, and the jungle featured in “Rambo 4.”
Reservations can be made for special events and large groups, and tents can be rented for larger groups. Please inquire about reserving the Jungle Home for your private function.

Chai started Chiang Mai Experience (CME) after working as a guide for 8 years in and around Chiang Mai. Prior to being a tour guide, he was a fishing guide and a cook in a restaurant – so you can be guaranteed a delicious meal or two for overnight trips (even in the jungle!). Chai enjoys sharing the beauty, nature, and culture of Northern Thailand with visitors from around the world and wanted to add his own personal touch to his trips and hosting through CME and the Jungle Home.
Chai wants visitors to explore the beautiful landscapes of the province and to enjoy an authentic experience by learning about the local culture and respecting its traditions and natural environment. This feeling was reflected by many of his guests, who they themselves wanted to connect more with the local people and environment. As a result Chai offers a series of jungle and northern village exploration trips in addition to the popular adventure fare in Chiang Mai, including white-water and bamboo rafting, trekking, and elephant care.
